  • In our efforts to provide all round services we recently added NGT Express as our business vertical providing express parcel service from Mumbai to Nagpur & Gondia via railways so as to cater our customers urgent and immediate transport requirements.
  • We are one of the leading companies in the transportation of industrial and commercial goods through a fleet of Punjab body trucks and AC/NON AC containers.

Our Founder

  • Late Shri Karsandas Damji Kamani was only 11 years old when his father Late Shri Damji Devji Kamani migrated from Karachi to Kutch during the India-Pakistan partition along with million others. He found a stable business of sewing bardan and selling in Masjid Bunder which helped the family to get back on their feet in the early 1950s. Soon our founder Late Shri Karsandas Damji Kamani started working in a reputable transport company, MP Roadlines where he worked for around 10 years which helped him understand the transportation business and inspired him to start his own business.
  • From working as an employee in another company to establishing his own network of supply chain from scratch is nothing but a product of his vision and his courage to make things happen. Today his hard work and belief supports livelihood of hundreds of employees.
  • We at NGT will always try to follow his footsteps and work together for the betterment of our people and our customers.

MILESTONES

  • 1957- Late Shri Karsandas Damji Kamani founded the company and started operations from Mumbai (MASJID BUNDER)
  • 1963- Late Shri Karsandas Damji Kamani formed a partnership with his brothers Late Shree Jayantial Damji Kamani & Late Shree Shankarlal Damji Kamani & registered as a transportation company.
  • 1975- Started booking operations from Gujarat
  • 1979- Expanded to Chhattisgarh with Hub in Raipur and added 12 other delivery stations within Chhattisgarh.
  • 1982- Shri Rohit Karsandas Damji Kamani joined his father in business operations and made operations more seamless and efficient throughout the entire supply chain.
  • 1990- Inaugurated 3+ acre HUB in Wardhamna (Nagpur).
  • 1999- Started cold chain logistics service by buying the first company owned refrigerated container vehicle.
  • 2000- Shri Vijay Jayantilal Kamani joined the firm.
  • 2004- All the business operations got computerised & computerised LR started being issued to our customers.
  • 2016- Shri Vaibhav Rohit Kamani joined business operations and took revolutionary steps for the betterment of the organization.
  • 2017- Implemented cloud based ERP software and completed the implementation and training process within 6 months.
  • 2018- Launched its very own official customer app on Google Play store.
  • 2019- Started sim/app based tracking for all its vehicles
  • 2021- Took initiative to digitize its payment collecting system and adopted VPSN.
  • 2021- Launched yet another official app on Google Play Store for instant POD upload.
  • 2022- Launched customer login services for its existing users to help them digitize their logistical needs.
  • 2022- Shri Vaibhav Rohit Kamani founded NGT EXPRESS, focusing on express rail cargo service, thus making the parent company multimodal.
